Joe Fehrmann

Joe brings more than twenty years of experience to his Organizational Effectiveness Consulting practice. His background includes management and consulting roles in the construction, public utilities, manufacturing, professional services, and defense industries, as well as teaching business and human resources courses at the university level.

Joe's combination of organization development experience and business acumen set him apart as someone who understands how people solutions contribute to successful business strategy. He is as comfortable in the board room as he is on the manufacturing floor or in a university classroom.

Joe is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Organization Development Network, and the American Society for Training and Development. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). He is co-author of several training activity guides published by American Media and HRD Press. He makes his home in Birmingham, Alabama.
